Ladder Points come from rank height and breadth. Your best game counts in full and each additional game counts for less, so the board rewards climbing rather than collecting. A rank read straight from a linked account is weighted above one you typed in yourself.
The Ladder is not open yet
A leaderboard is only worth reading when there are enough players on it to mean something, so it opens at 25 qualified players. There are 6 right now.
You qualify by setting a rank on your profile and clearing any one of these: link a game account, complete three Replay Coach reviews, or post a clip once your account is fourteen days old.
Your highest-ranked game counts in full. Each additional game adds less than the one before it, so playing more games cannot on its own beat climbing higher in one.
Verified beats declared
When you link an account we read the rank from the provider instead of from what you typed, and weight it higher. Linking does not raise a rank you entered yourself, it replaces it with the real one. A low verified rank stays a low rank.
Typing has a ceiling
Self-declared ranks are capped as a group, no matter how many games you declare. Top rank in every game on Callup is worth exactly as much as one verified top rank, and no more. Going past that means verifying something.
Evidence and recency
Replay Coach reviews and published clips lift your score modestly, because a claim backed by footage is worth more than one that is not. Accounts that go quiet for more than ninety days drift down rather than holding a spot forever.
Ladder Points are not your Callup Score. The Callup Score measures coaching effort, showing up and getting better, and is deliberately never ranked against other people. Playing badly can never lower it. The Ladder is the other thing: where you actually sit in your games. You can remove yourself from this board at any time in profile settings, and your Callup Score is unaffected either way.
