About Austin
Permanent circuit with a steep uphill run to the wide, blind Turn 1 hairpin, a heavy braking and overtaking spot. Fast esses through Turns 3-6 follow. The Turn 11 hairpin leads onto a long back straight into Turn 12, the other main passing spot, and later comes the multi-apex Turns 16-18. Bumpy surface. Downforce at the higher end, trimmed for the back straight.
