Is the AI coach free?
Yes. You get one full AI review every day at no cost: the same AI pass Pro gets, with a rated summary, timestamped highlights, and something to practice. Callup Pro ($12.99/mo) adds more reviews a day plus the trend chart, targeted drills, and coach takeaway on every report.
How does the AI analyze my gameplay?
Still frames are sampled across your clip and analyzed against a game-specific rubric. The coach only names something it can clearly see in the frames, so it stays accurate instead of guessing.
Is my footage private?
Yes. Only a handful of still frames are sent for analysis. Your audio never leaves our server, your frames are never used to train AI models, and the report is yours. Scout seats can see your skill grades unless you switch that off in Settings.
Is AI review as good as a human coach?
They do different jobs. The AI coach is always on and free, so you can review a clip every day and build the habit. A human Callup coach is the deep dive when you want a person to break down your VOD live. The AI is the on-ramp that makes those sessions count for more.
