Yes, all three roles. Tell it your hero for ability-specific advice (like Ana sleep timing or Genji dash resets); otherwise it coaches by role.
Is it for ranked or quick play?
Both. Tell the coach the mode so it knows whether to weigh comp fundamentals or just your mechanics on a quick-play or arcade clip.
